Swedish insurance agency If wanted to explore the possibility to offer tailored digital insurance solutions for a number of car manufacturers. The hypothesis being that car buyers were brand loyal and would be more likely to purchase insurance if the POS/touchpoint was a branded site for the specific car they owned. The project covered research, hypothesis testing, UX/UI and design as well as a modular template for nine separate branded web sites. The project was a smashing success, measuring over 30% increase in sales within the trial period alone, leading to the inclusion of many more car brands into the project, including Porsche, Ford, Audi and Chrysler.
